Do I need a referral to book?
No referral needed. You can book directly with us and we’ll assess you at your first appointment.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept all major insurance providers including Vitality, Aviva, Medicash, AXA and Bupa. If yours isn’t listed, just ask.
How soon can I be seen?
Same-week appointments are usually available across both our M3 and M12 clinics.
What should I bring to my first session?
Comfortable clothing you can move in, plus any relevant scans or reports. We’ll take care of the rest.
Do you offer home or on-site visits?
Yes — we offer off-site visits at home, at your gym, or on-site with your team.
