I cannot recommend my physiotherapist highly enough. When I first went to see him, I was suffering from severe pain in my neck, shoulder and arm due to what I believed was a trapped nerve and a frozen shoulder. I was in an incredible amount of pain and struggling with everyday movements.

From the very first appointment, he was professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to properly understand my symptoms and made me feel listened to and reassured throughout my treatment. His patience and genuine care made such a huge difference to my recovery.

The treatment I received was excellent, and I was given clear advice and exercises to help with my recovery at home and in the gym.

He was always attentive to how I was feeling but was always honest with the feedback, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear. I truly felt that he cared about helping me get better rather than simply treating the symptoms.

I honestly cannot thank him enough for the support and care he gave.
